Hi,

<http://download.videolan.org/pub/libdvdcss/last/> still points to
1.2.11, although 1.2.12 has been released on 11-Mar-2012.

Furthermore, the
<http://download.videolan.org/pub/libdvdcss/1.2.12/win32/> directory
is still empty and also
<http://www.videolan.org/developers/libdvdcss.html> tells "Last
version of libdvdcss is 1.2.11."

Please update these resources.
