The VideoLAN team is delighted to announce libdvdcss version 1.2.3
("soleil"), a portable DVD access library.
This release fixes many issues with the Windows port, in particular
it can now properly decrypt the title key, and can run in
non-administrator mode. Additionally, it also works around a bug with
some drives where the disc key decryption failed.
The official libdvdcss page is:

You can download 1.2.3 via HTTP or FTP:
http://www.videolan.org/libdvdcss/download.html
ftp://ftp.videolan.org/pub/videolan/libdvdcss/1.2.3/
Debian x86 packages as well as RPM x86 packages are available. Builds
for other architectures are welcome.
