Hi,

The VideoLAN team has decided to close mailing lists with low traffic,
making things clearer. (Until now, there is too many mailing-lists in the
VideoLAN project, and it is confusing for both our users and developers )

Thus libdvbpsi, libdvdcss, libdvdplay, and vlcs has been closed. (All
people subscribed to one of them have been subscribed to the -devel
related one)
