libdvdcss-1.2.9
(libdvdread-0.9.7)
What exactly is the difference between me running:
export DVDCSS_VERBOSE=2
export DVDCSS_METHOD=disc
export DVDCSS_RAW_DEVICE=/dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/cd
export DVDCSS_CACHE=/tmp/
* failure *
# dvdfs -o device=/dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/cd /mnt/USB2 -f -d
libdvdcss debug: opening target `/dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/cd'
libdvdcss debug: using libc for access
libdvdcss debug: disc is scrambled
libdvdcss debug: requesting AGID
libdvdcss error: drive would not authenticate
Could not open /dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/cd
* success *
# csstest /dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/cd 1024
libdvdcss debug: opening target `/dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/cd'
libdvdcss debug: using libc for access
libdvdcss debug: disc is scrambled
libdvdcss debug: requesting AGID
libdvdcss debug: drive authenticated, using variant 0
libdvdcss debug: authentication established
libdvdcss debug: GetASF authenticated, ASF=1
libdvdcss debug: cracking disc key *censored*
csstest comes from the same libdvdcss build, as dvdfs that is compiled
against libdvdread and libdvdcss. They both just call dvdcss_open() so I
am surprised that dvdfs always fails? Even if I run it after csstest.
csstest link:
arm-elf-gcc -D_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -DDVDCSS_DIST
-Wsign-compare -Wall -g -O2 -Wl,-elf2flt -o csstest csstest-csstest.o
../src/.libs/libdvdcss.a
dvdfs link:
arm-elf-gcc -Lfuse-2.5.3/lib/.libs/ -Llibdvdread-0.9.7/dvdread/.libs/
-Llibdvdcss-1.2.9/src/.libs/ -o dvdfs dvdfs.o -Wl,-elf2flt -lfuse
-ldvdread -ldvdcss
I linked in dvdcss as there is no dlopen on this platform.
