Cant' read encrypted dvds if not root

Hello,
I've the following problem : I can't read DVDs when I am not root,
thought the terminal read when I launch xine (or kaffeine) that
libdvdcss is used. When root, there is no problem. I found such a bug in
the archives, but it was in 2002 and under Solaris only...
